24GO.ASIA is a Phuket property catalog for rentals and purchases. Compare homes and villas by area, bedrooms, photos and listed price, then submit an enquiry about a particular property. The service helps turn a broad search into specific questions about a home and its terms.
How to use the catalog
Choose rent or buy, an area and a bedroom count. Sale-price thresholds help narrow purchases; search works by area, property name or reference code. If too few options remain, loosen or reset filters. The map and listing grid use the same selection.
What a map pin means
The public map shows approximate neighborhoods, not exact addresses. Several homes can therefore share an area marker. Click a cluster to choose a property, and ask the manager about its exact location and viewing arrangements. This keeps a home’s private coordinates off the public map.
A listing supports comparison, not a booking confirmation
Review photos, description, features and price, and keep the reference code. A published listing does not guarantee availability. Before renting, confirm seasonal rates, duration, deposit, utilities, cleaning and house rules. For a purchase, separately verify price inclusions, documents and legal terms with a suitable professional.
How to send an enquiry
Open a home, enter your preferred contact, dates and requirements, review consent and send the form. Wait for the result and retain its confirmation reference. An enquiry is a request for information, not an automatic reservation, payment or contract. If sending has an uncertain outcome, retry the original enquiry rather than create several new ones.
Russian and English
The website interface is available in Russian and English. This article is published in full in both languages. Some existing listings may retain their original Russian descriptions; the English interface identifies source-language content. Confirm a particular home’s terms in the language you are comfortable with.
